- Commercial Information such as the products or services that you have used, considered, or requested;
- Medical Information such as treatment history and injury details;
- Internet and Network Information such as IP address, device ID, browsing/search history, browser type, device type and settings.
How We Use Information of California Residents
We may use Personal Information for business purposes, such as to:
- Fulfill your requests: to connect you with qualified personal injury attorneys who can provide you with information about the services you have expressed interest in;
- Marketing and market research: to send communications and offers, place advertisements, perform analytics for market research and trend analysis;
- Website use and analytics: to provide you with access to our websites and analyze usage, including through third-party analytics services;
- Business operations: to evaluate, develop, and improve business operations, products and services;
- Compliance: to comply with applicable legal requirements, industry standards, and contractual obligations; and
- Information security and fraud prevention: to operate information security and anti-fraud programs.
Third-Party Selling
We may sell or share (for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising purposes) each category of Personal Information to third parties who are not our service providers. These companies may use your Personal Information for their everyday business purposes, including marketing. In the past twelve months, we sold/shared Identifiers and Internet or other electronic network activity information to personal injury attorneys and advertising/analytics companies for marketing and analytics purposes.
